关于更换主机之后下载内容不能共享的处理方法

随着XB360玩家越来越多,玩家朋友们所面临的问题也会越来越多,以下就是关于做过主机更换服务之后,很多玩家朋友都会遇到的问题。我不是技术人员,所以我也不知道在技术上该如何处理这种状况,仅仅是作为一个普通玩家,把我的经历拿出来给大家提供一点参考。我的换过3次机,我的做法如下:直接打

Thank you for calling to Xbox regarding your issue of the inability to play full version games offline and to inter-share downloaded items amongst different profiles.



We understand how important this is to you. Hence, in order to facilitate our investigation, please inform us the games or items that you’ve downloaded from Xbox Live that require MS points. Also, inform us the date of download and the MS points required for each downloaded game or item, as well as the gamer tag that you used to download it. At the same time, create another new Singapore gamer tag, and provide us with the gamer tag and the email used to set up that gamer tag. Please gather the above mentioned information and reply this email. Once we receive your reply, we will process your request accordingly and provide you a resolution as soon as possible
